At DUKE + DEXTER, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
